DEFERRED MAINTENANCE:

Franz Termite Control was hired to do the following items on the termite report:
| 1. | Fumigation to eradicate drywood termites |
| 2. | Treat subterranean termites |
| 3. | Remove dry rot, replace with new (not including flooring or sheetrock) - permit included in scope of work |
A number of items in the termite report was incorporated with the general remodeling/upgrading and included in the scope of the work for permite purposes.
Other repair items included repiping of the plumbing system, rewiring the entire house, replacement of sheetrock were necessary, new windows, new doors, new hardware, new paint inside and out, new flooring throughout. Of course, the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were all remodeled completely.
